Dear Parents,
To promote health care in the safest way for students, the School would like to update parents with some regulations on sending medicine and bringing food to school as follows:
Parents should give students medications at home before and after school. In case a student must take/use medication at school during the day according to a doctor's prescription. Parents need to come to school to send medicine and sign confirmation so that the School can let their children take medicine as requested.
***Note:
When sending medicine, parents please enclose the prescription and fill out the school's Medicine Delivery Form, and write in the notes about the health status when bringing your child to school and notify the Homeroom Teacher.
This prescription and document are very important, helping the School Medical Staff carry out the process of giving students medication/medication accurately and safely.
2. Regarding Parents sending food to school / Students bringing food to school to celebrate birthdays or parties
Due to the recent food poisoning cases in the city. To support the School in safely controlling food sources received from outside to provide for children. Parents, please do not bring birthday cakes or other food and drinks to school. Students will only participate in fun activities with their friends and receive birthday cards from the School.
Thank you very much for your attention and cooperation.
Best regards. ADMINISTRATORS
